Training plans for running, cycling, triathlon and more, sent to your watch and adjusted as you train. Built by a community that shapes what ships next.

Pick a goal and a training method. SPLIT builds the weeks from your current fitness, sends this month's sessions to your watch, and adjusts as you train.

Every plan follows a method. Choose the one that suits how you like to train.
This month's sessions go to Garmin, Wahoo or Apple Watch. Next month follows when you get there.
As your runs, rides and swims get faster, the targets move with you. Miss a day and the week rearranges.
Add B and C races and the plan gives them a short taper without losing the main goal.
Every screen has a report button. Your bugs and ideas go straight to the team, and the changelog shows what shipped.

Garmin Coach is HR-only and device-locked. Runna uses fixed templates. SPLIT builds the plan from your own fitness with nine training methods to choose from, re-checks your paces as you get fitter, and works with more than one brand of watch.
